Terms and Conditions

The cruise certificate (the “Certificate”) is subject to the terms and conditions as follows:

  1. Sail dates and cruise length for which the Certificate is valid vary depending on the level of Certificate won. The last two (2) weeks of December which include Xmas and New Year sailings are blackout dates for all Certificate levels.
  2. At all Certificate levels, winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and recommended gratuity levels applicable to that cruise. The Certificate cannot be used to pay for incidentals or other expenses incurred by the guest, including, but not limited to, shore excursion, any onboard purchases, bar beverages, gaming, or spa services.
  3. Certificate in non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost, stolen or damaged Certificates will not be replaced. The Certificate has no cash value.
  4. The Certificate is non-transferable, and void if sold for cash or other consideration. Any tax liability is the responsibility of the person receiving the Certificate.
  5. This Certificate shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  6. All parties traveling under the Certificate must be at least 18 years of age and have valid ID.
  7. This offer does not include food, transportation, telephone charges, or items of personal nature.
  8. Winners’ photos will be placed on the winners page of our website.
